Promo code and account policies
- Promo Code Abuse: Promo codes are limited to one use per customer. Creating multiple accounts to exploit promo codes or discounts is strictly prohibited. Any abuse of promo codes will result in the cancellation of your memberships and a ban from all platforms.
- Account Integrity: Each member must maintain a single account for personal use. Multiple accounts created to bypass subscription fees or take advantage of offers will lead to the suspension of all associated accounts.
Subscription and billing policies
- No Refunds: All subscription purchases are final. We do not offer refunds after a subscription purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the subscriber.
- Cancellation Process: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the User Account Dashboard on our website. Simply disconnecting from our Discord servers does not cancel your subscription.
- Support: If you encounter difficulties canceling your subscription, contact us at support@stockdads.com before your renewal date.
- Coupons and Discounts: Any applied coupons or discounts will expire upon cancellation, depending on their terms. After the redemption period, standard pricing will apply for subsequent billing cycles.
- By subscribing to our services, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and accept full responsibility for every trade you make and every charge to your account.
End user license agreement ("EULA") for Stock Dads, LLC
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Stock Dads, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of digital services, training materials, and other proprietary content provided by Stock Dads, LLC (collectively, "Intellectual Property").
License grant
Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, Stock Dads, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Intellectual Property solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Ownership
The Intellectual Property and all associated intellectual property rights are and shall remain the exclusive property of Stock Dads, LLC. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the Intellectual Property. This EULA does not convey to you any rights of ownership in or related to the Intellectual Property.
Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to: a. Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Intellectual Property; b. Distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the Intellectual Property to any third party; c. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Intellectual Property; d. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Intellectual Property; e. Share, distribute, or make the Intellectual Property available to any third party, including by uploading it to a shared drive or any other method.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Stock Dads, LLC if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Intellectual Property and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Intellectual Property.
No warranties
The Intellectual Property is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Stock Dads, LLC does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links, or other items contained within the Intellectual Property.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall Stock Dads, LLC be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) arising out of your use of or inability to use the Intellectual Property, even if Stock Dads, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Updates and upgrades
Stock Dads, LLC may, from time to time, provide updates, upgrades, or new releases of the Intellectual Property. The terms of this EULA will govern any such updates, upgrades, or new releases unless such updates, upgrades, or new releases are accompanied by a separate license, in which case the terms of that license will govern.
Governing law
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Florida, USA, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Entire agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Stock Dads, LLC regarding the Intellectual Property and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the Intellectual Property.
