All subscription purchases are final. We do not offer refunds after a subscription purchase.
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the subscriber.
Cancellation process
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the User Account Dashboard on our website. Simply disconnecting from our Discord servers does not cancel your subscription.

Coupons and discounts
Any applied coupons or discounts will expire upon cancellation, depending on their terms. After the redemption period, standard pricing will apply for subsequent billing cycles.
